1. Scope and Operator

These terms of use apply to the use of the website viapano.com, operated by CH PRO, S.A., based in Panama. By registering and using our service, you acknowledge these terms as binding.

2. Registration and User Account

- Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering. This applies in particular to their name, address, and email address.

- The use of so-called disposable or one-time addresses is prohibited. CH PRO, S.A. reserves the right to delete accounts with insufficient or obviously false information without prior notice.

- Only one user account is permitted per person. Multiple registrations are prohibited.

- CH PRO, S.A. reserves the right to block certain email domains or addresses to prevent misuse. - Attempts to disrupt the service, provide false information, or circumvent security measures will result in immediate account suspension or deletion.

3. Content and Use

- Users may only upload content to which they have the necessary rights.

- Content that violates applicable law is prohibited, in particular:

- Copyright infringements

- Pornographic, violent, or extremist content

- Political or discriminatory representations

- CH PRO, S.A. reserves the right to temporarily block or permanently remove reported content and, in the event of violations, to block or delete the user account.

4. Prices, Subscriptions, and Payment

- The prices and rates published on the website under the "Prices" section at the time of booking apply. Subject to changes, errors, and misprints.

- The user will receive an overview of the costs before concluding the contract.

- Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer (Panama).

- Purchase constitutes a subscription (monthly or annually, depending on the plan).

- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 7 days before expiration.

- If canceled during the term, the service remains available until the end of the term.

- There is a 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are dissatisfied, you can cancel without notice within 30 days of receipt of payment. The account will then be deactivated, and the amount will be refunded, minus a $10 processing fee.

- Free accounts do not guarantee performance or availability. CH PRO, S.A. may terminate them at any time without giving reasons.

5. Use of Content and Publication

- Users may publish the content created with viapano and the player (playback module) on their own website and on social networks.

- In the event of excessive use, CH PRO, S.A. may restrict or deactivate the service to protect regular operation.

- Once the problem is resolved, the service can be reactivated.

- The user is solely responsible for the content published and its distribution.

- Content created with free accounts may only be used privately.

- The player in free accounts may contain advertising before playback, the content of which is determined by CH PRO, S.A. Revenue from this advertising is exclusively for CH PRO, S.A.

6. API Use and Third-Party Applications

- viapano offers an API for integration into third-party software.

- These Terms of Use also apply to use via third-party applications.

- In the event of misuse or if the API harms other users or the service itself, access to the API may be blocked without prior notice.

7. Final Provisions

- CH PRO, S.A. reserves the right to discontinue the service in whole or in part – particularly in cases of financial unprofitability or misuse.

- Changes to the Terms of Use will be published on the website. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or upon their next login.
